Domestic Returns + Exchanges Policy
Physical Products:
Items purchased online domestically that have not been worn may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date with the exception of sales items and custom orders which are final. All original tags must be attached. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or where there has been some other mistake by our account. We will not be responsible for items returned to us without prior notice and/or shipping methods without the ability to track packages. Please message with any concerns you may have and we'll work with you to resolve them.

Digital downloads:
Due to the nature of these items, no returns or exchanges are accepted after purchase.

International Returns + Exchanges Policy
Items purchased online internationally that have not been worn may be exchanged with the exception of sales items and custom orders which are final. AshleyRose Clothing must be notified within 30 days of the delivery in order to be approved for a return and all original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. International customers are responsible for the full shipping costs of exchanged goods and a shipping invoice issued by AshleyRose Clothing for freight from the store back to the customer must be paid prior to sending a package back for an exchange.

Shipping
Certain items are ready to ship and will be processed within 3 business days, while others have a processing time up to 10 days. Please check each listing for more information on specific items. We ship USPS First Class with an estimated delivery of 3-5 days and USPS Priority with an estimated delivery of 1-3 days. AshleyRose Clothing is not responsible, nor liable for any package that is lost or damaged once the package has been shipped. Lost or damaged packages must be reported to the carrier who handled the delivery.

Digital downloads are delivered immediately to the email address you provided. No physical products are shipped with these items.

**When free shipping codes are applied, packages are shipped using USPS First Class shipping (typically 5-7 days within the US and 10-21 days internationally). This includes our minimum order eligibility for free shipping. Orders shipped to Alaska may take up to 3 weeks.

AshleyRose Insiders Subscription Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if benefits have not been used (free shipping, membership to the closed AshleyRose Insiders Facebook group). Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions after 7 days from purchase date.

AshleyRose Insiders Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at anytime and you’ll retain access to the subscription until it expires. To cancel your subscription, visit your account page and click the “view details” link.
